 1.What types of high heels do you sell?

Select the brand from the sub category which you are interested in. A full list of that particular brand will be available once selected.

2.I have seen other websites that offer them for cheaper,why are yours more expensive?

The price of the high heels depends on the quality, many websites will carry the lowest quality available and sell them for cheaper, but they will not last very long. Most of these other websites will not have a live support or phone line available for customers to contact them when there are any problems. We on the other hand, provide online customer support or telephone support, to better suit your needs.

3.Are these high heels of high quality or will they break after I open the box?

It depends on how you wear it. If you wear it regularly, it will last a few years without any problems. The high heels we offer are of very high quality. 10.What if my ordered item is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you with the following options: (1) you may cancel any unavailable merchandise at no charge;(2) you may have a back-order entered at that time; or(3) you may substitute it by another item.

11.Do you offer any discount for bulk order?

12.What size should I order if I am in between sizes?

If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 7.5, you should order a size 8.) 3.When will my order be ready for shipment?

All stock merchandise will be dispatched for shipment within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of full order payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for most custom-made, tailor-made, plus size clothing items and bulk orders may take an even longer preparation time. Please always refer to the specific product item for lead time information. You will be notified of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order.
